Can I place an order without an account?
No. To place an order, you must first complete our account application. To qualify, you must be a licensed contractor or have an established account with AEI Corporation. We do not sell to the general public.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, at checkout, select the Pickup shipping method and then select the Du Bridge location. Our pick-up hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm PST.
How do I obtain tracking information for my order?
Tracking information is posted to the portal once your order has been invoiced. A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will also be sent to the email address on file for your account.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay for your order with a credit card, ACH account, wire transfer, check, or cash at will call.
Can I upload my purchase orders to place an order?
Yes. The portal allows you to upload your purchase orders as part of the ordering process.
please note that the file format of your purchase orders must be CSV, TSV OR XLSX in order to upload.
How soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours of order placement, provided all items are in stock.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to all 50 US states. For international shipping, please email our customer support team at info@aeicorporation.com
Do you ship to a PO box?
Shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for all orders.
Can I expedite shipping on my orders?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available in the “Delivery & Payment” section during checkout. Additional charges will apply.
What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of receipt and reported to us within 48 hours. Photos of the product and packaging are required to initiate a claim. Please email all documentation to info@aeicorporation.com
I forgot my password, how do I sign in?
Navigate to the Account Retrieval page and follow the instructions to set a new password for your account.
Will my account show dealer pricing?
Yes. Once your account is established, your dealer pricing will be displayed after you log in to the portal.
Will I have access to inventory?
Yes. Once logged in, the portal displays real-time inventory across all of our brands.
