Home Return Policy

Return Policy

AEI Corporation reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements. All returns are subject
to inspection, and restocking fees are determined by the condition of return. Merchandise that is damaged by any delivery carrier must be noted on the delivery receipt or notice. Our agreement with our shipping partners is as follows. Any orders received that are not identified as damaged or missing pieces/short shipped when received, those claims will be denied/voided. All damages must be noted to file a claim. Once we inspect items, credit is issued, and a notice is sent to the customer of a refund

Returned merchandise must meet the following requirements:

o All returns must have an RMA number issued by AEI Corporation.
o Returned items must be in the original carton.
o After 30 days Return Merchandise Authorization numbers are void.
o AEI can refuse a return on merchandise over one year from the purchase date.
o Customer must provide the original order number.
o Tracking number and proof of delivery may be requested.
o Any items returned that are not AEI products will be discarded.
o AEI is not responsible for any 3rd party shipments.
o All returns need to have appropriate return information NAME, PO#, RA# any returns that fail to do so
may be sent back at customer / dealer’s expense.

Restocking fee:

o The standard restocking fee is 10% and or a 10$ minimum, additional fees are added if parts or packaging needs replacing on a unit.
o Special orders carry a 25% restocking fee.
o Any orders over 30 days may carry an additional 5% per month, after 12 months AEI may refuse the return
altogether.
o Any parts needed to return an item into stock will be subtracted from the credit.
o Shipping charges back to AEI will be deducted from the credit.

Refunds:

We will immediately notify you when a credit memo has been issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for our accounting department to issue funds to your account, or credit card, or send out a check.

AEI Corporation’s returns department is dedicated to providing the highest level of support to our customers. We understand that some customers might have placed orders incorrectly or may experience buyer’s remorse after a purchase. In such cases, AEI Corporation seeks to help accommodate our partners. We have a few requirements that we ask when returning items because ultimately this will help us process, and better understand our customer base.
